Yes, for Domestic and Canadian clients we can ship a kit to your patient
if you provide us with the patient's name, the test requested, address,
and phone number. If we are provided with diagnosis codes, we can include
that on the requisition for your convenience. Genova Diagnostics does not
ship internationally for our domestically-located clients.

seven to ten calendar days, but could take up to 21 days.

Reference ranges reflect the results expected for 95% of your cohorts. These ranges are developed by the clinical laboratory scientists in our laboratory. Reference ranges cannot be national in scope or even by state due to the fact that they are affected by the type of instrument and reagents used. The principle or method for the test that is being performed and the type of population being served are also taken into consideration. Men may have different values than women, and children may not have the same ranges as adults. The reference range for your laboratory test can be found on the column of numbers to the right of your laboratory test results.
